Oven baking or frying are the best ways to cook your a Breaded Goujons. To oven bake, pre-heat your oven to 200c, place your Goujons on a baking tray from frozen and cook for 15-20 minutes until the breadcrumbs are crisp and the Chicken is cooked through. To fry, add oil to a deep frying pan or skillet ( or use a deep fat fryer if you have one) and fry for 4-5 minutes until golden and cooked through.
