As you can simply defrost and serve it makes for a quick healthy snack too. We serve our Smoked Peppered Mackerel with water crackers and low fat cream cheese or with a summer salad and crusty bread. Smoked & Smoked Peppered Mackerel comes vacuum packed to keep it air tight and lock in the flavours. Each fillet weighs 70-75g each.
