Defrost for 4-5 hours at room temperature or overnight in the fridge.
Grill, griddle, pan fry or barbecue. We all like steaks differently so cook to your preference. Eg: medium brush with oil then griddle on hot griddle for 5-6 mins each side. Then place on a baking tray in the oven 180 deg C for 10 – 12 mins. Remove from oven allow to rest for a couple of minutes before serving.
