Remove all packaging. We recommend defrosting to cook. If you wish to cook from frozen instead then oven baking is best and add 10-12 minutes the cooking time below.
Hoki is a delicate, moist white fish best cooked by pan-frying (3–4 mins per side), you can oven bake too (200°C for 10–12 mins) or air-frying (200°C for 8–10 mins). Season with salt, pepper, and lemon, and avoid overcooking to maintain its delicate texture
IF COOKING FROM FROZEN bake for 20-25 minutes from frozen. Make sure the Hoki is hot & cooked in the centre before serving.
